Olena has been with ILF since 2005, making her way from legal assistant to head of the investment consulting department. Olena’s legal practice is centered on business reorganization projects, public-private partnerships and infrastructure projects in the fields of agribusiness, commerce and logistics. In 2014 her leadership skills and business consulting expertise allowed her to start a new line of work in ILF and become head of the business development department.

Olena develops ILF’s brand by sharing with entrepreneurs and media how lawyers use the law for resolving disputes and starting and scaling of business. She monitors market changes and implements the best innovations in our company. In order to improve the quality of our services, Olena is constantly training ILF team and perfecting internal business processes.

In 2009 Olena finished her internship in the international law firm MAGNUSSON in Warsaw, Poland.

In 2017 Olena Parkhomenko was among TOP 3 best experts on strategic marketing in Ukraine's legal services market according to PLS TOP Teams ranking of the Yuridicheskaya Praktika (Legal Practice).
