Olena has 8 years worth of experience representing business owners and executives in criminal cases. Her primary areas of expertise include white collar and economic crimes, and defense in corporate disputes.

Olena shields clients during searches, interrogations and arrests. She helps them recover confiscated property and protect violated rights in court by lodging complaints against the actions and inaction of investigators and prosecutors. She protects agricompanies from raider attacks.

In 2015-2017 she added 25 cases won for her clients that had been a target of criminal prosecution to her portfolio.

She finished the course “Basic mediation skills” at the Ukrainian Mediation Center of Kyiv Mohyla Business School and holds a Bank Auditor certificate.
