ILF (INYURPOLIS Law Firm) acted as a legal counsel to one of the TOP-25 Ukrainian banks on IT services and outsourcing Agreement to be made with IBM.

Pursuant to the terms of the agreement the bank plans to outsource from IBM functions of IT infrastructure maintenance, applications development and support. ILF conducted due diligence of the draft agreement provided by IBM and developed its recommendations to clarify the terms thereof and mitigate potential risks, which the bank may be exposed to in the course of the agreement performance. In addition, the firm’s attorneys represented the bank in communications with IBM to implement the proposed recommendations into the text of the agreement.Team of lawyers from ILF Investment Consulting Practice, who handled the assignment, was led by the firm’s partner Anton Zinchuk.
