Artem's primary specialization is business organization in Ukraine and abroad, contracts and international tax planning.
In 2015-2017 Artem's team completed 113 projects on business organization and deals of Ukrainian companies abroad: in Great Britain, Netherlands, Estonia, United States, Cyprus, etc. Artem is happy to share his business modeling and structuring expertise at master classes for entrepreneurs (USAID GoWomen project) and students (ILTI School).
Artem Naumov is among TOP 20 leading Ukrainian lawyers in agribusiness according to Ukrainian Law Firms 2018. In 2017-2018 he became a member of the Supervisory Board of Ukraine's first ever agrocluster - AgroFood Cluster Kharkiv.
In 2015-2016 Artem studied international business during his management internship in Germany (German federal program GIZ Fit for partnership) and Poland (international law firm Głuhowski Siemiątkowski Zwara).
There’s still the problem of unregulated land market, which makes it difficult to plan long-term investment projects and manage land shares (due to the lack of guarantees for stable prices of such shares, risk of dishonest competitors, or purchase of lease rights to hinder other users).
